For indoor use. • Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use and carry a UL94-5VA flammability rating. For indoor or outdoor use. • Polycarbonate versions are cUL and UL 508A listed (File #E65324), NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P. ABS plastic versions are not UL listed. • Gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water. • Gasket is one piece made from high temperature, U.L. listed silicone. • ABS versions are designed to meet IP66.

Interior is secure as lid screws are behind the lid. Can be made more secure if wall mounted with security screws (tamper resistant screws). • Satin texture finish with smooth recessed surface on lid for a membrane keypad or label. • Standoffs moulded in the interior of the lid and enclosure - designed for #4 x 1/4" self tapping screws (Part number 1555TS100). • Choice of two materials: • General purpose ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 HB). Not recommended for outdoor use • Polycarbonate (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5VA @ 3mm) - Recommended for outdoor use • Colour is a light grey (RAL 7035) to help keep heat absorption down.

Product Features: • Designed for push-pull tube output circuits. • Units are designed to provide ample "headroom" at bass frequencies (note the weight of each transformer). • All models have a secondary tapped fro 4, 8 or 16 ohm outputs. • Enclosed (Shielded), 4 slot, above chassis Type "X" mounting. • Manufactured with plastic coil forms for coil support and insulation. • Frequency response 30 Hz. to 30 Khz. at full rated power (+/- 1 db max. - ref. 1 Khz.) minimum. • Insulated flexible leads 8" min. • All units (except the 1650G) include 40% screen taps for Ultra-Linear operation (if desired). • Typical applications - Push-Pull: triode, Ultra-Linear pentode, pentode and tetrode connected audio output. The 1650G does NOT have primary screen taps and will not support "Ultra Linear" applications.
