Our expert, in-house, CNC capabilities allow us to produce Perforated Plywood Panels to virtually any design you can imagine. Clean, precision cut perforations are made by selecting the correct tooling and use of the best quality Plywood. Each of these steps keeps splintering, often associated with CNC routing Plywood to an absolute minimum. We have perforated Plywood for a number of projects including firelighter presses, breathable mattress support panels, for use over wooden and metal slatted beds, and decorative screens.

The bed has a low platform height range of 26 - 62.5cm with electrically operated rising backrest and knee break functions. Also offering Trendelenburg & reverse Trendelenburg positioning. The bed has an attractive domestic appearance with high quality wooden head and foot ends and full length integral wooden side rails. The beds easily breaks down into 4 sections for easy transportation and is easy to reassemble, even within limited spaces. The bed can support a maximum user weight of 320kg (50 stone).
