Our Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract uses a blend of Madagascan Bourbon vanilla beans. Produced by us in the UK using strict, unwavering quality standards. It produces that sweet, creamy, milky, buttery notes from the vanilla. A good all-purpose Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract. Suited to most uses. This Spent Vanilla Powder is produced from Vanilla Pods that have previously been used in the production of Vanilla Extract. The Pods are dried to between 5 & 10% moisture and then ground to a powder of a particle size of between 3/400 micron. The resulting powder can be used in exactly the same way as our Premium Powder but it will of course only have a very mild Vanilla flavour.
