We offer a comprehensive range of super mirror marine polished stainless steel tube in grade 316 (1.4401). The size range covers tubes from ½” (12.70mm) – 2.1/2” (63.50mm) with a 16 gauge (1.6mm) wall thickness. Suitable for marine environments and high-chloride exposure.

We hold a complete range of stainless steel handrail tube in all standard diameters. By maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, we can source additional components or fittings upon request. These components allow for quick installation of even the most complex and attractive stainless steel railings and balustrade systems. >Material is available in both grades 304 (1.4301) and 316 (1.4401), and comes either in un-polished, satin polished or mirror polished finish.

As the sole UK Agent for Marcegaglia's Automotive Division, our customers have exclusive access to one of the UK's most comprehensive ranges of stainless steel automotive tube. We supply a wide range of welded exhaust tube in standard lengths of up to 6 metres, with option for custom lengths available. Grades 304 (1.4301) and 409 (1.4512) are the most standard grades, however other grades such as 439 (1.4510) and 441 (1.4509) are also available upon request. Products are generally kept in the As Welded condition however we also hold a complete range of polished material. For more difficult tube manipulations, a range of fully annealed material is also available from stock.

To complement our additional services, we offer a complete in-house polishing service. Our purpose built multi-head polishing machine allows us to provide the complete range of finishes, from a dull 180 grit to a super mirror 600 grit. This lets you choose the exact finish you desire every time without the worry of stock availability. The polishing service can accommodate any length of tube or round bar up to 6 metres in length.

We provide our customers with the opportunity to get their materials processed before they even leave the warehouse – providing a leaner and more cost-effective manufacturing process. With large quantities of material stored on site, you’ll benefit from shorter lead times and better material availability compared to third party subcontractors. Thanks to recent investments, our manipulation service operates across two sites, equipped with several single and multi-stack benders and end-forming machines. Through these sites, we provide CNC and Press tube bending, end-forming and cruxiforming - providing the Group the capability to process and deliver orders faster than ever before. Our manipulation services are currently being employed within the automotive, domestic appliance and filtration industries.

Our specialist-built cutting shop is fully equipped to suit your needs. In addition to our laser cutting facilities, we have a bank of fully automatic and semi-automatic cutting machines ready to process materials up to 3,000mm in length. With the capability to hold tight tolerances (+/- 0.20mm) on diameters ranging from 6mm - 153mm, our cutting services are the cost-effective option for high volume repetitive cut orders. Whether you choose the built-in deburring and washing options or the stand alone alternatives available alongside the cutting service, your components will be completed to a high standard of finish.

UKF Group stocks one of the largest ranges of perforated exhaust tube in Europe. Our Perforated Exhaust Tube finds application with automotive exhausts, and filtration systems. We offer standard 6011 pattern in Stainless Steel Grade 304 (1.4301) and Grade 409 (1.4512), from stock, in lengths up to 6 metres. Custom lengths and alternative patterns are available upon request.

As an All-In-One Solution, our laser can do more than just cut material. The laser can implement multiple functions in a single operation, including: cutting, drilling, notching and etching. What once would have taken hours and multiple operations and personnel, now only takes seconds with the help of our friendly Laser Operators, Adrian and Martin. Opposed to traditional cutting methods, laser machines do not require contact upon cutting, -minimising contamination and unwanted marking to the material. When paired with the internal suction probe (more commonly known as “the spoon”), we can produce a final product to a higher standard of finish both in terms of cleanliness and aesthetically.

Polyflon Medical specialises in the manufacture of precision thermoformed, micro-moulded and machined medical tube tips for single-use minimally invasive devices and surgical instruments. Our finished parts are available in a broad range of medical grade thermoplastics, giving you the flexibility of a full suite of biocompatible materials.

Polyflon offers high quality, bespoke thermoformed tubing, tube assemblies and thermoformed thin film diaphragms. Custom 2D tube shapes can be formed using in-house tooling; pre-formed articles can then be finished with flanges, flares, cuffs, or plugs. Specialist markets for our thermoforming and assembled products include pharmaceutical, bio-tech, instrumentation, environmental monitoring & analysis, oil & gas and semiconductor. Most materials satisfy FDA regulatory requirements and enjoy USP Class VI approval.

Polyflon offers FEP tubes in IDs ranging from 0.2mm up to 100mm and due to FEP being melt processable, very long continuous lengths are possible. Excellent chemical resistance, surface smoothness, transparency and purity of FEP tubing make it the material of choice in many fluid handling applications within the semiconductor, chemical process plant, instrumentation, bio-tech and medical markets.
