Copper brushes are manufactured to requirements.

These brushes can be manufactured to any size and configuration - available in Brass, Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium, Inconel, etc. Please contact us with your requirements as all styles and types of brushes can be configured to suit your needs.

* Produced in a range of material thicknesses: 1.6mm, 2.00mm, 3.00mm, 5.00mm & 1/4" * Etched to the highest standard * Borders and centre lines precisely positioned as required * Highly conductive and strong * More forgiving and less likely to DC arc so less likely to cause pits in steel work pieces. * Useful in the EDM machining of tungsten carbide, or in applications requiring a fine finish.
