As we have our own graphic designer, we can create custom designs for iron on transfers in house very quickly. When we refer to iron on transfers, we are referring to heat transfers that require an iron or a heat press to apply. We can supply our iron on transfers or heat transfers for clients to use using an iron or heat press. Iron on transfers and custom iron on badges, are a great way for customising garments for your football team, your sports club, your social club, even for your school. There is no limit in size, shape and quantity. We can design you something or you can supply artwork to use. We can also produce custom iron on letters and numbers for uses like school leavers or football club kits.

Iron on football badges can be made as iron on transfers, embroidered or woven badges. We have a range of different custom iron on badges for different purposes. We have 3 different sizes to choose from and buy from our website but any size is available by quotation. Our iron on transfers can be used on clothing, bags, caps, football kits, sportswear and much more. They can also be used as sponsors logos for football teams to brand their sportswear and clothing. There are no limitations with our iron on badges when it comes to colour, design and shape. Unlike an embroidered badge, the design of the iron on football badges doesn't have to be simplified at all, which means if your iron on badges has 3D shading, then it will be printed with 3D shading and not a simple block of colour. We can produce your custom embroidered football badges as a sew on embroidered badge where you can sew onto your clothing or leisurewear. The other option is to have the same embroidered badge with an iron on backing so you can conveniently iron the embroidered badges to your shirts or garments yourself. Embroidered football badges can be further customised with an option of the type of edging to have on your badge. There are 2 types, merrow (overlocked) border and a heat cut edge. A heat cut edge is a smoother often thinner and flatter edging. A heat cut edge gives a more minimalistic and contemporary look to the patch. A merrow border is a thicker edge and is often quite a bit raised compared to the rest of the embroidered patch. We have our own in house graphic design team so we can design any type of football badge.
