To complement our range of stainless steel tube, we stock a variety of stainless steel bar products in grades 303 (1.4305), 304 (1.4301) or 316 (1.4401). Our close relationships with some of the largest bar producers in the world allows us to meet any quantity requirement. In addition, we stock a range of 1.4404 produced to NACE and various other grades such as 17-4PH and Duplex for use in the oil and gas sector. Due to growing demand, we offer cut billets (pieces) from 10mm thick. These pieces are produced on-site on a cut-to-order basis. Have you tried our Sawn Block products? We offer a comprehensive range of super mirror marine polished stainless steel tube in grade 316 (1.4401). The size range covers tubes from ½” (12.70mm) – 2.1/2” (63.50mm) with a 16 gauge (1.6mm) wall thickness. Suitable for marine environments and high-chloride exposure.

As an All-In-One Solution, our laser can do more than just cut material. The laser can implement multiple functions in a single operation, including: cutting, drilling, notching and etching. What once would have taken hours and multiple operations and personnel, now only takes seconds with the help of our friendly Laser Operators, Adrian and Martin. Opposed to traditional cutting methods, laser machines do not require contact upon cutting, -minimising contamination and unwanted marking to the material. When paired with the internal suction probe (more commonly known as “the spoon”), we can produce a final product to a higher standard of finish both in terms of cleanliness and aesthetically.
