AMOB Right and Left Fully Electric CNC Tube Bender from the eMOB series features state-of-the-art bending technology, processing tube from 6mm up to 42mm OD and have multi-stack capability. Machines are divided in two different concepts. The eMOB 2Bend series that changes bending direction by means of a rotative head, and eMOB LR Series that positions automatically and in cycle in a right and left bending configuration. Our Right and Left Fully Electric CNC Tube Bending Machines can bend fixed and variable radii within the same cycle and allow bending with no straight between them. A carriage booster allows bends with radii as tight as 1D and consequently eliminates clamping marks. The right and left fully electric CNC pipe bender from the eMOB series of machines are all equipped with the newly updated user-friendly AMOB 3D software.

The AMOB Fully Electric CNC Tube Bender eMOB series features state-of-the-art bending technology, processing tube from ø6mm up to ø225mm and have multi-stack capability. Our fully electric CNC tube bending machines can bend both fixed and variable radii within the same cycle, and allow bending with no straight between them. A carriage booster allows bends with radii as tight as 1D, and consequently eliminates clamping marks. These fully electric CNC pipe benders, the eMOB series machines, are all equipped with the newly updated and user-friendly AMOB 3D SOFTWARE. Amongst other features it also allows automatic spring-back compensation, as well as ‘in cycle’ correction, stores tooling configuration and positions storage, runs anti-collision and interpolates all 9 axis.

AMOB has specifically designed their boiler tube bending machines to meet manufacturing necessities. We apply our technology and knowledge to respond to the manufacturing demands. Specifically for boiler tubes, superheating coils, water wall panels and economising coils. Our CNC Boiler Tube Bender takes tube boiler bending to its highest level, and when 1D CLR bending is required, or wall thinning is critical. AMOB has the most efficient and innovative solution for producing extra-tight radius bends with minimal deformation. When we use the booster device, in conjunction with a fully hydraulic CNC bending machine, we enable precision parts replication with minimal process times as well as removing the possibility of human error. AMOB is at the forefront of the market in terms of minimal elongation and deformation percentages. These machines have a capacity of up to ø420mm.

Our CNC Pipe Bender CH series is the backbone of our tube and profile bending machines. Their rigidity, stability and untouchable precision in exceptional conditions such as humidity or harsh temperatures is what makes them stand out from the crowd. Ranging from 6mm up to 420mm OD these pipe bending machines are adapt for use in a wide range of pipe manufacturing sectors and industries. The range includes the fully CNC pipe bender version, for wich all three axis are automatic in a single stack machine. There’s also the option to add welding detection, punching/cutting mechanisms and integrated loading and unloading systems if necessary. The CH series tube bending machine come equipped with the AMOB NC touchscreen easy-to-operate controls, or in the CNC version, the latest user-friendly AMOB 3D bending software. So, this stores tooling configuration, allows spring-back compensation and boasts anti-collision technology, amongst other features.

AMOB’s Electric NC Tube Bender MDH Series is our basic, or entry level range. Simplicity, strength, and accuracy are the key features of this line. Ideal for prototyping, or for smaller to medium output projects. The MDH Electric Tube Bender is easily adapted to a vast array of industrial and non-industrial applications. Covering a range from ø6mm up to ø90mm, these versatile bending machines are an easy and obvious choice for those starting up a tube bending business. However, our MDH tube benders are also able to complement heavy production or prototyping divisions. As standard, this electric tube bending machine comes with a hydraulic mandrel extractor, hydraulic clamp, and pressure die, and as a result it guarantees a good-quality bend finish. Available in two versions, NC1 axis control and NC2 axis control, these tube bending machines allow for bending complex tube geometries with only seconds of programming.

Thanks to recent investments, our manipulation service operates across two sites, equipped with several single and multi-stack benders and end-forming machines. Through these sites, we provide CNC and Press tube bending, end-forming and cruxiforming - providing the Group the capability to process and deliver orders faster than ever before. Our manipulation services are currently being employed within the automotive, domestic appliance and filtration industries.
