We have the experience and knowledge to handle a varied selection of sea, river or canal-going vessels, and are active in the Chartering markets, from project cargo and heavy lift pieces through to industrial cargoes. Collett has an established reputation and well-developed relations with both charterers and vessel owners, with the ability to match cargoes to vessels effectively and in a timely manner.

Our organisation is geared to producing one-off prototypes and small batch manufacturing; We take pride in overseeing the entire process, from design, prototyping and manufacture to delivery, installation, full product certification and after-sales service. With experience in providing comprehensive turnkey assembly test solutions covering electronic, electromechanical, engineering and mechanical products we offer our customers a total contract manufacturing service. When an order is received, a project plan is then developed; our team uses detailed documentation, engineering change and reporting control to ensure continued information integrity. An experienced project manager acts as the interface between Drallim and our customers although, at the same time, we actively encourage engineer-to-engineer communication.

Our latest machine is the VTC-300 CII which is a highly versatile vertical machining centre with a large 2000 mm table cross dimension and high-speed rapid traverse of up to 36 m/min. Productivity and efficiency are greatly improved as the machine work envelope is separated into 2 work areas. This allows the machine to be in cycle, in one work area, while a part is being set up in the other work area.

We offer a wide range of contract packing services, including supplying new packaging for your products. The packing process itself depends on the product being packaged. We offer both shrink-wrapping and L-Sealing without shrinking. Most of our work is done by hand, enabling us to carefully control quality. It also allows us to respond to tight schedules by increasing the manpower.
