DEKS are the original creators of the Dektite roof flashing, created in 1947. Our range consists of flashings for metal, plastic, glass, tile and slate roofs. You can make virtually any penetration through any roof type watertight with a Dektite or Seldek flashing. As the leading brand of rubber roof flashings, our products are made to the highest standard, fully tested and each unit is hand inspected before leaving the factory. Made from quality EPDM Rubber or Silicone material, Dektites can be used on temperatures from -50° to 200° (or 250° intermittently), are highly UV resistant and are quick and easy to install

This inspection helps to establish whether there is overloading to the circuits, any defective or improperly performed work, earthing or bonding issues or the risk of fire, accident or electric shocks as the result of a fault. The report is in a checklist format, so that you can easily see whether any work is needed (which we can quote for) and understand exactly what has been inspected and why. If you’re planning to sell your property or being renting it out, you should get an approved electrician to perform a full EICR. We also offer electrical testing services for landlords, which should be carried out at the end of every tenancy and then every five years from there on in. As NICEIC approved contractors, we’re authorised to issue EICR reports for homeowners, landlords and businesses.
