The unique, patent pending design provides accurate location, repeatability and high holding forces for securing parts on the inside diameter. These pins are available in press fit or thread fit versions. Both styles of the pins are manufactured from “heat treatable” 17-4PH stainless steel and the Press Fit Pins are also available in 12L14 mild steel so that users can easily machine them to no-standard diameters if required. The top of the Pins have a slight taper creating maximum line contact in bore and providing clearance during load/unload. Designed for quick set-ups on secondary operations, material coming off prep stations, water-jets or even applications outside of your machining centers.

Bolt-on handrail for use on taller stages or for added security on any stage. Handrail extends 900mm above the stage deck. These rails are designed to provide added security on taller stages or to provide support for those of us who need it! They are not a fully building regulation compliant handrail. A range of trolleys makes storage and transportation of StackaStage a breeze, keeping all components together in one neat package. Trolleys make setting up StackaStage quicker and easier because all the components are presented to the user the right way up and the right way around. All trolleys are designed to fit through standard internal doorways. Trolleys are weld fabricated from steel, finished in smart hard wearing textured black powder coat paint and fitted with high quality non marking castors. The trolleys have a storage compartment for loose items such as E ties and tie plates etc. Trolleys will store risers which are smaller than the trolley specification, eg. A 12.450 trolley could also be used to store a mixture of 200 or 300 and 450mm risers, this is particularly useful if you wish to specify a tiered stage which utilises different height risers (Please note that StackaStage kits are supplied complete with necessary trolleys) £320.00–£390.00 ex.
