Sidestream filters remove sediment, biological growth, rust and corrosion products from recirculating closed loop CHW, LTHW and MTHW water circuits in the HVAC industry. These filters protect pipework, valves, pumps and components by removing suspended impurities and complement water treatment program. BSRIA Publication BG29/2021 recommends that a sidestream filter is installed “to protect and prolong system life expectancy.” Sidestream filters provide an economical solution for filtration in the recirculating water systems by filtering the complete system volume once or twice in 24 hours. Sidestream filters can be supplied fully assembled with pumps on a skid, ready for filtration. These can also be combined with our magnetic assemblies for rust removal from heavily corroded hot water systems.

acuraPromelt is an absolute rated depth filter cartridge for high efficiency particulate removal from liquids. This cartridge offers exceptional performance, long service life and low pressure drop. Manufactured from 100% Polypropylene, acuraPromelt is completely free from glue and binders. acuraPure Nylon Filter cartridge for applications where PP is not suitable. acuraPEpro filter cartridges are manufactured from 100% Polyester and exhibit high temperature (up to 120°C) and chemical resistance. These cartridges provide outstanding performance in sidestream LTHW & MTHW circuits by removing scale, rust and sediment from hot water. All acuraPEpro filter cartridge come with an internal support core for additional strength in high temperature applications. FINEPleat GFP filter cartridges feature absolute rated glass fibre media with polyester support and drainage layers. Polyester construction provides thermal resistance up to 120°C and chemical resistance in fuel and chemical application

With more than 35 years of experience, CINTROPUR® has built its reputation on quality products in the water filtration business designing a wide range of centrifugal filters for clean water (fittings from ¾’’ to 3’’. Flow rates from 1 to 50 m3/h). Cintropur® water filters are intended for domestic and industrial water system filtration. As well as rain, spring or well water recovery and treatment they are also suitable for watering and irrigation. Cintropur® performs either a mechanical filtration of particles, a chemical filtration through activated carbon absorption, or sterilizes water by ultraviolet radiation of UV-C type. CINTROPUR® offers a double-stage of filtration concept. First, the water flow from the inlet is directly transformed into a centrifugal spin forcing the larger particles down into the lower bowl. The next stage of filtration is achieved by the exclusive filter sleeve, available in different finenesses ranging from 5 up to 300µ.
