Microlouvre Koolshade® metal fabric is only 1.55mm and each louvre measures only 1.25mm x 0.30mm, as thick as a human hair. The fabric has an open area of 80% and weighs just over a kilo per square metre unpainted.

Intentionally designed to be installed passively to the building’s facade, Microlouvre Koolshade® absorbs and dissipates solar heat, rather than inefficiently reflecting sunlight like many current forms of solar control. Microlouvre Koolshade® screens also provide protection and privacy from the outside whilst maintaining perfect vision out, providing 100% pure, full colour rendered (CRI) daylight for the occupants.
