We offer different types of aerosols for many applications: Chain oil, silicone oil, penetrating oil, cleaner and degreaser, grease and assembly pastes

Lubcon lubricants with antimicrobial additives are H1 approved and offer additional safety by suppressing the growth of germs.

High-load, high-speed and high-temperature greases based on perfluorinated polyether and ester oils with lithium special soap thickener for low speeds in conjunction with high mechanical and thermal loads.

High-performance greases based on synthetic hydrocarbons and ester oils with aluminium complex soap. They show a high load carrying capacity, good wear protection and are especially suitable in high-temperature applications.

Premium high-temperature oils. Fully synthetic lubricants formulated with PAO/ester oils and special additives for extreme operating conditions in temperatures up to approx. 250 °C, non-toxic and miscible with mineral oils. Recommended for the lubrication of double belt presses, film stretching machines, timing and conveyor chains, slide rails in lacquer drying furnaces in the automotive sector or the mechanical engineering sector as well as bearings and gears at medium loads and extremely high temperatures.

Sliding agents for valves and fittings in the oxygen-fuel technology sector, oxygen lances in steel manufacturing, oxygen apparatuses in the medical sector, diving centres as well as for roller and journal bearings in oxygen applications.

High-speed greases for high-speed bearings, based on polyalphaolefin (PAO)/ester oils and lithium special soap, with optimum surface adhesion for low frictional torque and low starting resistance.

High-temperature pastes formulated with high viscosity silicone oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickeners for the lubrication of low-speed roller bearings. These pastes are extremely adhesive, temperature-resistant up to 260 °C and resistant to media and ageing.

NSF H1 food grade registered, silicone based separating and sliding agent for use in the plastics, food, pharmaceutical and textile industry. The oil forms an extremely oxidation-resistant separating film and prevents from adhesion or burning in of material.

Colourless, air-drying sliding agent for the long-term lubrication of highly loaded sliding guides as well as spindles and bearings in extreme temperatures. It prevents fretting corrosion as well as the adhesion of dirt particles.

Highly concentrated MoS2 -paste characterised by a low coefficient of friction and therefore special suitability for the treatment of metal parts with low tolerances and surface roughness. It can also be used as a release paste and reliably prevents metal to metal contact.

Biodegradable gear and hydraulic oils based on synthetic ester oils, with good low-temperature behaviour and low coefficient of friction thereby reducing energy consumption.

NSF H1 registered grease with excellent corrosion protection properties. It is adhesive, hot and cold-water resistant and is thus particularly suitable for the lubrication of guideways, gear drives or conveyor chains in the food, beverage and packaging in

4 S-Fluid cleans, lubricates and protects all lubricating points in industry, craft and household. The silicone-free, multi-purpose oil with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is suited for the lubrication and preservation of various surfaces and protects from corrosion.

Fully synthetic special oil for cutting, milling and drilling of all metals. It does not drip, due to its excellent adhesion and can be applied even in vertical drilling positions and at high cutting speeds.

Fully synthetic, adhesive lubricant for open gear drives, toothed wheels, chains, guideways and wire ropes. The highly-viscous and high-pressure resistant oil remains fluid even at low temperatures and leaves no solid residues

Extreme temperature resistant chain and gear oil. Synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

Synthetic, silicone-free high performance lubricating oil for precision engineered manufacturing machines and their components, measurement and control instruments as well as the sector of machine construction and tool making. Temperature range: -45 °C up to 150 °C.

Temperature resistant, high-performance lubricating and release agent with NSF H1 registration. It has a low coefficient of friction and shows good viscosity/temperature behaviour even under high chemical influences. It has good separating and sliding properties; is neutral towards metals, plastic and rubber and is thus particularly suitable in the tyre and rubber industry.

Synthetic universal oil with excellent wetting properties offering lasting protection against wear and corrosion. Special PTFE additives reduce fretting and optimise the lubricating properties. NSF H1 registered.

H1-certified penetrating oil, which deeply penetrates, cleans and loosens rusted parts. The multi-purpose synthetic oil leaves a durable lubricating film and provides effective corrosion protection.

Oxidation, chemical and temperature resistant lubricating and sealing agent for the precision engineering, optic and electronic sector. It is extremely pressure resistant, evaporates without leaving any residues and is thus particularly suitable in oxygen and vacuum applications. Temperature range up to 160 °C.

Lubcon Smart Task Control (STC) A unique tool to support accurate and correct execution of lubrication and maintenance tasks. The cloud based app with user management ensures real time digital recording of all executed tasks. The advantage of such a system is the documentation and availability of data which can be used for status reports, KPI tracking, budgeting and time management in real time. Using Lubcon Smart Task Control as a strategic maintenance tool will increase efficiency and productivity within production. Additionally it will help to reduce the consumption of energy, labour cost, spare parts and even lubricants.

Maintenance-Free Roller Bearings with Extended Service Life. Turmocomp HD 150 is a lubrication concept enabling effective lubrication of roller bearings even in complex operating conditions. The lubricating compound is a composition of molecular polymers and synthetic base oils. For applications in the food industry, H1-approved oils are being used. A subsequent heat treatment hardens the compound to a firm, open-porous matrix structure. It completely fills the bearing cavities and cannot be displaced easily. Due to its structure, a significantly greater amount of lubricant can be stored in comparison to conventional grease. This compound is suitable for almost any geometry of roller bearings. Turmocomp HD 150 is the perfect solution in applications where re-lubrication with conventional grease or oil is not possible or where bearing failures occur regularly after a very short time due to harsh operating conditions.
