InS/H1 approved cleaning and preservation oils with very good lubrication characteristics and surface wetting properties for the lubrication of disc-cutting systems in the paper and corrugating industry. The oils dissolve glue and paper fibre deposits.

Our revolutionary Halo system is an automatic metal detector testing device. It is designed to automatically test ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel samples on all Fortress metal detectors. Automatic testing saves time, money, labour, along with removing the risk of human error and work place injury at critical control points on a manufacturing line while complying with industry standards. The Halo system is ideal for applications where manual testing of a metal detector is made difficult due to access, position, access to the product flow, environmental conditions, etc.

The Raptor is employed to inspect for contaminants in each product and reject contaminated packs. The system has been designed, engineered and constructed to the highest care/food grade engineering standards. It is capable of processing packaged products up to 6kg and 300mm x 400mm in size.

Label applicators apply self-adhesive labels consistently to products in large quantities, with high accuracy and reliability. Label applicators can be mounted above, to the side and even upside-down, underneath a conveyor, to achieve the best labelling position. ALS offers a wide range of industrial label applicators. They are designed for ease of use, quick change-overs and low maintenance. They are suitable for labelling use in all applications, including; food, beverage, cosmetic/personal care, medical device, e-liquid and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
