The Eddie Wire Straightening Tool has been designed to work with Flat-Flex® and Flat-Flex® XT® belts. Straightening wire strands during belt joining, regular maintenance checks, and at the beginning / end of each shift is vitally important. The three ends of the wire straightening tool have been machined with slots that accommodate multiple wire diameters each.

Flat Spiral is also a preferred choice for end-users who have previously experienced tracking problems with other spiral woven meshes, as the alternating coil pattern helps reduce any tendency for the belt to veer to one side.
