Wire Belt offers a range of straight conveyors designed to ensure efficient operation, improved belt life and maximum cleaning ability. Our straight conveyors feature an open construction with the belt being supported on food grade high density blue polyethylene wear strips clipped to the stainless steel framework. All of our conveyors are suitable for use in hygiene-sensitive environments common to the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The necessity to spread/separate or converge products while they are moving on a process belt conveyor is a major requirement for a wide range of food, confectionery and industrial applications. In many cases this allows processors to run narrower conveyors saving factory floor space. Coating processes also benefit by separating product and reducing rejection rates.

High-temperature greases with high thermal stability and optimum wear protection. They are extremely media-resistant and mainly suited in bearings and conveyor rollers operating at high temperatures.

Many of the issues causing poor seals happen upstream, in the filling or capping area: a seal cannot be achieved with a missing cap or a cap with a missing foil. The capper can also cause stalled bottles under the induction coil where caps are loose or partially fitted or the cap is incorrectly fitted or too high. Issues downstream from the sealer can cause containers to back- up under the sealing head. The Patol Infra-Red Heat Detectors are designed to provide an early warning of fire or overheat conditions of material being transported on conveyor systems. The unique principle of operation will detect black body infra-red emissions at low thermal energy levels.
