CNC routed from the highest grade MR MDF, these doors are available to trade kitchen manufacturers looking for a high quality, flawless, shaker kitchen doors and bedroom manufacturers looking for the best wardrobe shaker doors. Supplied to the trade pre-finished in an unlimited range of colours, including exact colour matches for all the leading, on trend, brand’s most popular colours. We can also supply DIY customers with replacement shaker kitchen doors in either raw (ready to prime and paint) MDF, pre-primed (ready to paint) or primed and sprayed in a colour of their choice for self-installation.

Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required.
