Timber Decking – Can be fitted to the cross beams to provide extra support and space/ prevents anything falling through the cross beams. Safety Mesh – Can be fitted to the back of racks to prevent goods/personnel being damaged/injured by falling/being pushed from the racks. Racking Signs / Load Labels – Clearly display warnings, cautions, racking systems load capacity information, encouraging you to adhere to Health and Safety legislation. Column Guards – Located in front of and around vulnerable end frame leg posts to protect against damage caused by forklift truck collisions. Floor Bolts – Fix frames into ground ensuring extra support.

By taking up minimal floor space and storing vertically in this format forklift trucks can be used to access the pallets holding the stock. To compliment this, we have a 15 Tonne capacity forklift truck for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Our premises at Halifax also offers the opportunity for test builds, complete with handling facilities and auxiliaries. Our portside Goole Depot offers both internal warehousing and external storage facilities, and features a 110 Tonne straddle carrier, a 45 Tonne capacity container handler/top lift and up to 28 Tonne FLT equipment for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Each COLLETT depot features warehousing & specialist heavy lift equipment including 110 Tonne straddle carriers, overhead gantry cranes and fork trucks providing the ideal solution for storage and transhipment operations.
