Heskins seam rollers are available to help increase the durability of your anti-slip tape or floor marking tape application. By using the seam roller once you have applied your anti-slip or floor marking tape, by applying pressure to the surface with the seam roller, this increases the bond between the adhesive and floor surface. This results in a quickly cured surface with a durable application. The seam roller is made from a semi-ridged foam, that will allow pressure to be applied without damaging the surface. The handle is made from plastic, coated in rubber to enhance grip and comfort.

Fatigue is the weakening of a material caused by repeatedly applied loads. It is the progressive and localised structural damage that occurs when a material is subjected to repeated loading and unloading. If the loads are above a certain threshold, microscopic cracks will begin to form. Eventually a crack will reach a critical size, and the structure will fracture. Abfad’s Weld Seam Monitoring System monitors a structures vital welds and acts as an early warning indicator, allowing operators to investigate before a catastrophic failure of the structure occurs. This could be wind turbines, bridges, pressure vessel external welds, and any structure that is subjected to cyclic loading.
