The Acme Bolt Seal is an ISO 17712:2013 (E) compliant high security bolt seal, designed for high value ISO container cargo shipments. The plastic coated bolt and locking bush is laser marked with identical sequential numbers for added security. When locked the bolt spins freely to confirm seal integrity. The Round Lead Seal is designed with two parallel holes and a knot chamber. During fitting the wire or string is threaded through the two parallel holes and crossed inside the knot chamber before closing with the sealing tool to prevent slippage. The LS31F Seal Cross-hole Lead Seal is designed so that the lashed wire is crimped together when the seal is compressed with the sealing tool. The effect of crimping the lashed wire together alleviates any chance of twisting the wire out of the hole without leaving clear evidence of tampering. To optimize security the sealing tool dies can be engraved to emboss or deboss characters /numbers/logo onto the seal so giving reference to the application user. The Acme T Seal is a fixed length metal seal manufactured in Tin plated steel. The design features a unique double locking action and inspection holes in the lock box which enable the user and security personnel to view the tips of the "T" mechanism within the lock box ensuring the seal has been correctly locked and has not been pre-tampered. This seal cannot be disengaged by intrusion or manipulation, nor can it be dismantled or cut without leaving obvious traces. It can be manufactured in operating lengths of between 10cm to 95cm and is suitable for use in temperatures of -60ºC to 320ºC (-76ºF to 608ºF). The Acme X Seal is a versatile smooth ribbon pull-tight seal manufactured from Polypropylene material. The design features rolled heat staking technology to secure the metal spring insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut. Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

The Audionvac VMS 43 is a small table top vacuum chamber machine. This model features a stainless steel chamber with a flat transparency lid for easy viewing. What is a Vacuum Chamber? A vacuum chamber is a machine that removes air from a bag using a vacuum pump. Following the removal of air the bag is then sealed. There is a wide variety of models starting with small table top units through to extra large double chamber designs. Each VMS chamber is manufactured from stainless steel, whilst VM machines are constructed from aluminium. In every unit the cabinet itself is made from stainless steel. What are Vacuum Chambers used for ? There are many application for Vacuum Chambers. The primary being food.In addition to the ‘conserving’ effect created by a vacuum it is possible to add in inert gasses or a mixture of gasses. This results in a modified atmosphere that contains and preserves the food, thus avoiding damaging effects.
