Flexible MDF, or bendy MDF, as it is also known, is an MDF panel that is grooved on the rear which allows it to bend, with minimal distortion, around existing curved surfaces or curved formers. Commercially, it is popular with architects and exhibition stand designers to create curved walls, bespoke reception desks, counter fronts and retail display furniture. Domestically, it can be used for curved home bar units, curved kitchen islands, custom built TV/HiFi furniture, and other features and furniture elements around the home. Flexible MDF comes in to two thicknesses, 6mm and 9mm. Two sheets can be glued together to provide extra rigidity and increase impact resistance. Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an extremely versatile material which is created by bonding fine hardwood and softwood fibres with resin and compressing them under heat to the panels. Hardwearing, inexpensive and free from defects found in natural timbers such as splits or knot holes, MDF is a popular choice of material for cabinet-making, retail displays, exhibition stands, display plinths, theatrical scenery and decorative furnishings such as doors and radiator covers. MDF lends itself perfectly to CNC machining, and CNC Creations can expertly cut and create shaped, routed and grooved MDF panels up to a maximum size of 3660mm x 1525mm (12ft x 5ft). MDF can be laminated, painted, varnished or left in its raw state and accepts a wide range of fixings. This means that whatever the size and nature of your project, we can perfectly CNC MDF panels and finish to your exact project specifications and guarantee a prompt turnaround and the most competitive price.

Designed and manufactured in Sheffield, Attract® is a multi-function single or double-sided magnetic display system which can be free-standing, suspended, or wall-mounted. The versatile nature of an Attract® magnetic display provides retailers with the choice of installing displays on walls, floors, counters, at till points, within windows and from ceilings. Attract® contains an internal magnetic surface, single or double-sided, housed within an elegant, sleek frame. The magnetic display surface works in conjunction with printed digifilm® ferrous media, which is overlaid onto the magnetic surface. Due to the strength of the internal magnetic surface, multiple layers of printed digifilm® ferrous media can be added, allowing the magnetic display to be quickly and easily changed and promotional messaging to be added instantly. All our Attract® products can work with drywipe and chalkboard flexible magnetic sheet.

digifilm® is designed for creating vivid retail graphics displays throughout a store or showroom environment that can be installed and updated quickly and easily without the need for specialist installation teams. Thanks to its light and flexible nature, digifilm® is suitable for large format displays on flat or curved surfaces, making it a versatile choice for retailers and printers alike. As digifilm® is a ferrous media held in place by magnetic attraction, additional layers can be applied over one another as and when required, allowing promotional messages or additional images to be added and removed in seconds by in-store staff. digifilm® is both wide format and universally printable; the range has been developed to work with all print management providers and includes variants compatible with UV, Solvent, Eco-Solvent, Latex and Pigment inks, and can be printed by roll-to-roll and flat bed techniques.

Steel tape works in partnership with supamag® magnetic tape by providing a receptive surface to which flexible magnetic material such as supamag® magnetic tape can be applied. This approach is commonly used in industries that utilise imagery, signage or informative displays such as retail or warehousing to magnetically mount printed media. By using corresponding widths of steel tape and magnetic tape the receptive surface to which the magnetic tape is applied is discreetly hidden away behind the mounted media or signage. Once the steel tape has been aligned and mounted to a surface printed graphics or signage to which magnetic tape has been applied can quickly be installed with no effort.

We have designed our boutique magnets® to provide superb shear resistance by encasing multiple rare earth neodymium magnets in rubber. This allows the magnets to resist shear forces that would cause other types of magnet to slide along the surface on which they are mounted, and also prevents any marking of the surface. The high pull strength of the enclosed neodymium magnets coupled with the shear resistance makes boutique magnets® an ideal choice for securing signage and retail POS material and displays. Our rubber-coated boutique magnets® are available in a range of diameters with different fixings or apertures to suit a wide array of use in a variety of situations.
