Punch Filled (or Staple set) brushes are produced by stapling tufts of wire, filaments or natural fibres securely into a plastic, wood, steel or aluminium body to create the desired configuration to suit the cleaning application. The style of the brush, which can be either a roller, flat, disc or block together with the pattern of the tufts determines the cleaning or product handling performance required. Each application will need a desired result and we can advise you on which style of brush may have the best features to achieve this.

Punch filled strip brushes can be made up to 3 mtrs in length by any width required. The filament pattern can be as closed or as open as the application determines and if necessary can be compacted to give a solid appearance to the brush. These 37mm ( 1 1/2″ ) deep punch needle hoops are ideal for Punch Embroidery so that they can handle a range of deep loop stitches without the needle going beyond the depth of the hoop. They are of superior quality and made from hard beech wood ~ fine sanded and hand polished for a super smooth natural wood finish. The adjustment screw and threaded angle brackets are made from pure brass and polished for a rich, striking gold colour look. They are available in 2 diameters of 190mm (approx. 7.5”) and 250mm (approx. 10”) Also available as a set with a lovely Punch needle 240-11

With a versatile punch/ laser combination service, Alpha are able to offer complete flexibility to produce punch details such as louvres and ribs alongside complex lasered profiles and etches in one process. The benefits of Punch/ Laser combination are that production time is dramatically reduced by combining the two processes. Costs savings are also made as complex and costly tooling is not required.
