These Pipe Caps & Covers are produced from a flexible, shock absorbing PVC which helps to both cover and protect your pipe. Protecting a pipe is essential during storage or transportation to prevent unnecessary and potentially costly damage, especially when compared to the low cost of these caps. Available to fit a truly huge number of pipe and flange sizes, these are a versatile product. These are regularly used within industry and commercial enterprises for use with flanged pipes, to cover and prevent exposure through the use of UV resistant poly vinyl chloride (PVC). Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. PIPEVAC® is an innovative pipe protection system which has been developed to eliminate external corrosion by creating a vacuum around a pipe. With the creation of an external vacuum it is now possible to monitor the pipeline in sections, which enables our clients an opportunity to investigate any alarm and take action to protect their assets and the environment from pollution. An internal or external breach of the pipe will activate an alarm as vacuum pressure will not be able to be maintained. PIPEVAC® also prevents against CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) as the integrated vacuum system prevents moisture and oxygen from attacking the external surface area of the pipe, thereby preventing any of the conditions for corrosion to occur.
