TPU 92A (Polyurethane) Flexible and resilient thermoplastic is excellent in the areas of elasticity and strength. TPU 92A thermoplastic polyurethane used to form flexible elastic materials. These can be rolled into plastic substrates for glasses and phones or laptop cases. TPU 92A is a thermoplastic polymer, with Shore-A values of 90. It is highly elongated, high toughness, strong durable and strong. FDM TPU 92A combines elastomer advantages with FDM 3D Print enabling quick production for large and complex elastomer parts. Generally applied are flexible hose and tube ducting and air sealing, covers and vibration dampeners.

Polycarbonate (PC) has high durability and strength characteristics. PC has many advantages that provide an ideal material in challenging environments and many engineering applications. For instance, parts 3D printed in PC are often used in high heat applications because it is extremely resilient to heat. 3d printing is very effective in creating a very large amount of materials. Polycarbonate, therefore, is bent easily to room temperature.

3D Print materials used for the replacement of functional moulded pieces with good corrosion tolerances. Nylon 6 and polyamide (PA) are thermoplastics characterized by good mechanical characteristics, excellent chemical and abrasivability. Nylon 6 is part of the synthetic polyamide group known for high durability, strength and flexibility. This 3D printing materials are often used for variants of PA 12 and PA11, although some variations of PA 6 and PA 2220 are also offered for printing 3D. Besides nylon, the material can also be reinforced to improve thermal or mechanical properties including strength or resiliency in abrasion. Because of outstanding mechanical features as well as strong chemical impacts and heat-resistant properties, 3D printed nylon is ideal for function and prototype parts. Another good benefit is that it's relatively cheap to use.

ASA filaments are versatile thermo-materials that are suitable and versatile when used in 3D printing. It resembles ABS plastic but offers 3 advantages in terms of the properties: more mechanical properties, superior aesthetic qualities and UV resistance. The acrylic styreneacrylonitrile is another 3D printed plastic that shares the properties with ABS. This has also been developed as a replacement for a different kinds of rubber in the formulation. ASA can be attributed to high impact resistance, higher temperature resistance, and more difficult print speeds. The polymer is widely used for outdoor applications rather than ABS because it is more resistant to the UV and the rigours of the conditions. Because of its historical background, ASA has retained some printability disadvantages similar in nature to ABS.

It is the polymerization addition to the raw Polyethylene terephthalate polymer. The glycol makes it more heat resistant and improves other physical properties—this helps create better products that are easy to bend and mold. PETG is a glycolic polymer that is used in additive manufacturing. It is a thermoplastic material and very environmentally friendly as compared to the regular PVC material. It can be recycled entirely, and the filaments are widely used in 3D Printing. If you are not familiar with the word PETG yet, you must know PET. It is the glycolic form of that plastic polymer. In 3D Printing, the extruder gets too hot, which makes it hard for some plastics, but as for PETG, it has excellent thermal stability, which makes it ideal for the process.
