Inspection contracts typically cover an inspection of the equipment at agreed intervals, followed by a detailed report stating any recommended maintenance, repairs or spares. Beyond the work covered by an inspection contract our service contracts cover the maintenance work, typically involving lubricant changes, replacement of wear plate and filter media.

DHJ Weisters Ltd diversified into the weaving of Contract Furnishing Fabrics in 2003 and now manufactures up to 5000 metres (140cms/55" wide) per week. We work closely with customers either to develop patterns that are used as part of stock collections or bespoke designs for one off projects.We also design patterns in house using our own inspiration and designs, these are available and can be viewed in our “Open Designs” section. These are available for confinement by negotiation. We have an extensive colour and count range in warps and wefts and a flexible range of jacquard sizes, including a 70cms repeat. We offer a wide range of contract packing services, including supplying new packaging for your products. The packing process itself depends on the product being packaged. We offer both shrink-wrapping and L-Sealing without shrinking. Most of our work is done by hand, enabling us to carefully control quality. It also allows us to respond to tight schedules by increasing the manpower.
