DLR manufactures high-temperature and high-pressure rubber seals and packers for the oil and gas (storage) industry for both wellhead or Christmas tree applications. We also manufacture vapour barrier materials that provide secondary sealing for large storage tanks to prevent vapour losses, along with packers for oil and gas applications. We combine our rubber compounding expertise with our precision rubber moulding capabilities to produce high-performance that withstand extremes of temperature and pressure to American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. The Flexigrip 150M is a lightweight and easy-to-use security seal for use on sacks, crates, boxes, air cargo containers, trailers, drums and tanks. The 1.5mm diameter cable will splay when cut to prevent re-insertion. Flexible, tamperproof, user friendly and customisable: our Flexigrip range of cable seals provide strong and secure sealing for all manner of applications.

The Locktainer 2020 bolt seal is one of the longest standing bolt seals worldwide, having been regularly updated with new design features to give unparalled tamper-resistance for all barrier seal applications, most notably shipping containers.

The DoubleLock ring seal is a fixed length polypropylene truck & trailer security seal with polyacetal inner lock for enhanced anti-tampering. The Doublelock seal has a protruding tail once engaged, giving users a visual check that seal has been fully engaged and has not been tampered with. It is commonly used as transport anti-tamper and anti-theft sealing solution for truck and other road freight - particularly for sealing trailer locking hasps or curtain sider buckles.

The UniStrap 412 S/L/XL (Short / Long / Extra-Long) security seal is a strong polypropylene pull through security seal with a 40KgF pull apart strength. The UniStrap 412 seal is available with optional tear-off facility for easy-removal by hand, and is available in three different sizes to suit your particular needs, including extra-long 51cm option.

DuctSeal LG (Water & Gas) is a NEW re-enterable duct sealing system that is extremely flexible in its ability to seal cables & pipes in ducted networks to protect and stop the ingress of harmful or flammable gases, liquids, smoke and vermin. DuctSeal LG comes complete with our unique daisy chained circular foam tubes that easily wraps and separates cables to ensure limited movement while applying our NEW flexible intumescent, zero halogen and zero Meko adhesive and sealing compound, GreyStuff. All designed and manufactured in the UK. DuctSeal LG, along with GreyStuff, is a non-hazardous, FyBrid superior single-component, neutral curing sealant that has been specifically developed to cope with the harsh environments around duct openings to ensure ducted networks and penetrations are protected.

DuctSeal HG (Water & Gas) is a NEW re-enterable duct sealing system that is extremely flexible in its ability to seal large, heavy cables & pipes in ducted networks to protect and stop the ingress of harmful or flammable gases, liquids, smoke, and vermin. DuctSeal HG comes complete with our PATENT PENDING unique tubular rubber backing system that can be joined together in a long continuous strip, joined to make a ring/collar, but best of all, joined in a cross shape to create a perfect shape for separating trefoil/triplex cables. This unique design ensures DSEAR compliance but also aids the installer as it’s simple & quick to create the support & separation on large cables or pipes. The PATENT PENDING ULTIMATE backing system, which is one of a kind, is combined with our NEW Fybrid flexible intumescent, zero halogen, & zero Meko adhesive and sealing compound, GreyStuff.
