From Quartz Tubes and Aspheric Lenses to sought-after Germanium Windows and Fresnel Lenses, our optics are specified for a diverse variety of applications – such as magnification and light diffusion. One of the most popular uses for Moulded Optics is light sensor devices. Connected to floodlight circuits and used to detect movement within their radar, these devices are commonplace within the defence industry and for home and workplace security usage. PFA vials with threaded closures are designed primarily for storage of samples. All our molded PFA vials are manufactured from ultra-pure PFA. PFA vials are widely used in the preparation and storage of a variety of samples for sensitive analyses. The flat exterior surface and high service temperature range of PFA vials make them ideal for use directly on a hot plate, and the inert properties of PFA allow for the most rigorous acidic sample preparations without fear of comprising or adulterating the original sample material.

Sorbothane is the trade name of one of our polyurethane products. Our rubber mouldings provide good vibration isolation and vibration damping characteristics, making them a very effective acoustic damper. This material can also be bonded to other materials such as PTFE & metals.
