Threaded rods - Import export

Polypropylene rods are available in multiples of 1 metre lengths and require a brass adaptor to suit the 1/2" whitworth threads on many tube brushes. Alternatives sizes are available. Custom made rods and adaptors are available in most sizes.

Silicone Caps & Covers are useful for masking and protection purposes, offering excellent shock absorption and high temperature resistance. It is for this reason that they are commonly found within applications that require masking off before painting or coating, preventing uneccessary coverage where a coating would cause issues. These Caps can be placed onto threads, studs or rods to cover and protect, as a low cost solution that comes in a huge number of sizing options. Commonly referred to as chemical anchors or resin anchors they can be split into two main groups: capsule systems and injections systems. Both systems consist of two chambers, one filled with a polymer resin and the other with a hardener. Various resin types are available in each system from Polyester to Vinylester and Epoxy. Bonded Anchors are used for fixing threaded rod, internally threaded sockets and rebar to many types of structure.
