Rotafix Aquachem is a solvent-free coating used a membrane for tanking, waterproofing, gas barrier and as a high-performance floor coating. Rotafix Aquachem is a 2-part liquid epoxy that can be applied as a floor finish. Combining aggregates with the top coat creates a skid resistant surface. Adding flakes to the top coat will give a decorative finish. It has been used extensively in food preparation areas and medical environments as it is easy to clean, resistant to chemical cleaners and resistant to the formation of mould. Rotafix Aquachem can be used as a liquid applied damp proof membrane. The liquid membrane can be applied to prevent moisture ingress both positively and negatively. So if it is applied to the outside of a wall, water will not penetrate, equally if is applied internally then moisture penetrating the substrate will equally not penetrate. The average bond strength of Aquachem is 4N/mm2 , it would require a head of water of 600m to force the Aquachem to break away.

Jet Venturi Fume Scrubbers are dependable device designed to entrain and scrub large volumes of gases without the use of complicated baffles or moving Parts. The motivating fluid, generally water, leaves the nozzled in a hollow cone spray, creating a draft which draws the gases and vapores into the moving stream where they are continuously scrubbed / absorbed while subsequent separation is accomplished in units specifically designed bny, us to meet the state polution control requirement.

Industrial water and chemical tanks serve a variety of purposes. They need to be strong and non-reactive with the chemicals they contain. Enduramaxx plastic rotationally moulded tanks are made from polyethene (PE) or Polypropylene (PP) according to which chemicals are to stored, and they are UV stabilised to withstand many years of outside use. These industrial chemical tanks are available with customised fittings and flanges. These include BSP inlets and outlets, PN16 and ANSI flanges, welded sockets, vents and fume proof lids for fuming chemicals. Liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes and suction pipes are available terminating in BSP and flanged connections.

Enduramaxx’s Open Top Cone tanks are available in a range of 25 sizes and are constructed so as to have a consistent wall thickness and chemical resistance. They are ideal for the blending of or containment of liquids. These plastic tanks are supplied as standard with a heavy-duty galvanised steel support frame, also available without frame.

Horizontal Water Tanks & Bowsers These Horizontal Tanks & Bowsers are designed for the transportation of liquid such as water and liquid fertiliser. The tanks are designed to mount onto straight to flat surfaces with a unique pin mounting system without the need of mounting frames or steel mounting straps and are highly impact resistant and easy to fill. The horizontal plastic tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer for the storage of drinking water (black, boat blue or natural coloured tanks only). These can be used as sprayer tanks or water bowsers for agricultural sprayers with a range of sprayer camlock fittings available to suit your sprayer. The optional Ball Baffle System guarantees fluid stability for safer operation, reducing fuel usage and mechanical wear & tear.

Clarifier / Clarification Tanks For Wastewater Treatment Enduramaxx’s Clarifier / Clarification Tanks are used for the continuous mechanised removal of suspended solids or solid particles from a liquid. These plastic water tanks, or conical clarification tanks or clarification cone bottom tanks are available in a range of sizes. open top clarifier water treatment is part of the primary water treatment process to remove solids. Other applications for these conical cone bottom tanks include a settlement tank or sludge tank. A Unique Full Drain Solution Conical tanks are unique in that their contents discharge completely through a cone point at the centre of their base. Their cone base and smooth internal walls ensure complete discharge. This has clear advantages for food production, fermented beers, mixing tank, manufacturing and farming applications. Enduramaxx cone bottom tanks provide a unique solution with choices of a 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60-degree cone. This cone angle ensures maximum performance, with even the most viscous liquids not building up inside the tank.

Plastic Meal Bin & Silos for Meal Plastic Meal Bin manufactured from rotationally moulded plastic are available in several capacities up to 1600 litres. These UK manufactured meal bins are the perfect solution for storing meal on the farm and can be easily transported or moved by fork attachments. These plastic meal bins and feed storage bins are fitted with a weatherproof (optional lockable lid) plastic lid to prevent rodents access and mounted on a galvanised metal frame.

Static Horizontal Water Tanks These static horizontal water tanks are ideal for both rainwater and potable water storage. These horizontal static tanks, with their individually proven designs, are available to meet the widest possible range of uses in rainwater harvesting and management.

Enduramaxx’s Chemical Dosing Tanks available from 50 litres to 1500 litres storage capacity. Anyone who works with chemicals needs to store them safely and these moulded PE or PP tanks are specifically designed for use within the water treatment, purification, chemical dosing and storage applications. These bund tanks are designed specifically for use in the water treatment, effluent treatment and process control sectors, these are UV stabilised and available in black for use with chemicals such as Sodium Hypochlorite and suitable for Hydrogen Peroxide. These cylindrical chemical storage tanks include a flat raised section shelf section to mount equipment on top of the tank. This is ideal for mounting items such as chemical dosing pumps, industrial mixers, and instrumentation. Suitable for liquids up to 1.5 specific gravity.

Enduramaxx rainwater harvesting tanks are available for above and below ground installations. Above ground plastic rainwater tanks are able to store up to 90,000 litres which can be used for agricultural sprayers off a grain store, water for dairy wash down from barns, pressure washers, greywater systems for flushing toilets for commercial factories and office blocks and a number of applications for washing and cooling in industry. Below-ground tanks are available from 800 litres to 9,500 litres capacity, with the option of plastic or galvanised lid and a range of turret sizes. Rainwater filters are available for removing leaves and moss out of the water coming off the roof to save a build-up of sediment in the tanks.

Our custom-built fabrication shop is 34.5m by 24.0m with an under hook height of 14.0m – enabling us to manufacture stainless steel vessels from as small as 2 litres right up to 180,000 litres. We mainly use grade 316 stainless steel, however we can also manufacture vessels in stainless steels (304, 316 and 321 grades) and in other materials on request.
