Brush Strips or Metal Back Strip Brushes, are extremely versatile in size, shape and materials and can be used across a wide variety of configurations & contours matched by a diverse selection of filaments, wires and metal back types to suit many applications. IBEX Industrial Brushes manufactures and stocks a wide range of Strip Brush ranging from 2mm to 20mm wide strips with any length of filament up to 1200mm (48") long, many available for immediate delivery. Brush Strip can be used for a variety of finishing, brushing, grading and sealing applications.

Natural Fibres have a multitude of uses and are readily available to suit any application from polishing through to scouring. Please contact us for advice about using these natural fibres and animal hairs. All sizes are available up to maximum growth of fibres or length of animal hair.

Strip Brush is available in 5mm, 8mm & 10mm backing strip. Filled in black nylon in trim lengths of 10mm - 1200mm. Suitable for closure sealing, draught excluding, dust extraction, conveyors and many industrial & household uses. Strip size is 8mm x a variety of filament lengths. 25mm; 50mm; 75mm; 100mm; 125mm & 150mm. All other sizes available on request up to 1300mm filament length. Filament length sizes available between 3mm - 1800mm. Filament Material : Black Nylon Filament Length : Any Filament dia: 0.25mm - 1.00mm Mild steel back. Hard wearing with approximately 3% moisture absorption & 8.5% water absorption- therefore it swells slightly in water. Abrasion resitance is good, bend recovery is good. Maximum working temperature 100C -120C ALTERNATIVE SIZES AVAILABLE - MANY FOR IMMEDIATE DESPATCH

Black Polypropylene is hard wearing with low water & zero moisture absorption, therefore does not swell in water. Abrasion resistance is good, bend recovery is fair.
