Labocon features Vertical Autoclave LVA-400 Series is ergonomically designed to provide high quality reliable performance for a wide range of applications in laboratories. It helps in sterilization procedures in a laboratory based environment, which has its unique requirements.

As UVC sterilisation becomes more prevalent, Knight Optical can offer UV domes to house LEDs and LED arrays, as well as other light sources. We stock ready-to-order 50mm and 100mm UV fused silica domes with high transmission down to 185nm, meaning it encompasses the traditionally used UVC light sources – KCl excimer lamps (222nm), mercury lamps (254nm) and LEDs (265nm, 273nm and 280nm). Knight Optical can also provide custom domes, including with a flange for easier mounting, manufactured from UV fused silica. Also available are optical coatings to enhance the performance of the dome. Quality Assurance All optical components are tested in our state-of-the-art metrology laboratory to ensure they meet every specification, and then 100% visually inspected by our highly trained quality technicians. Our range of sterile gas filters includes two types of sterile gas filter - PTFE membrane or GF depth media's - and also includes a range of coalescing prefilters that ensure the maximum protection of the final sterile filter. All are designed with minimum operating differential pressure in mind to minimise running costs and to optimise filter service life.

More specifically, the use of retrofit UV-RACK eliminate important issues related to AC Systems and deadly illnesses (such as Legionella Pneumophila, Tuberculosis, Flu, etc.

UV-FAN Air Purifier is an air purification device of a stylish structure in extruded aluminium, coated by epoxy powder finish and lacquered aluminium. A quiet internal fan draws air from the positioned room zone into the germicidal box for disinfection and purification from microbes and chemical contaminants. The internal germicidal box contains two UV-C lamps housed in a mirror-polished aluminium airflow chamber in which to improve the germicidal power of the lamps by reflection. Air is sanitized by a labyrinth effect, passing across the 254nm UV-C lamps. Clean air is then introduced back into the environment, without contaminants. Inside the box there are two TiO2 filters; (TiO2 stands for nanostructured titanium dioxide), this is a powerful photo-catalyst as the reaction generated degrades organic and inorganic pollutants including the membranes of pathogenic micro-organisms.
