Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

Enercon has two coil design types, each with several variations, to ensure the perfect coil is available for the size and type of your container and cap for your application to deliver perfect, consistent seals. Tunnel coils facilitate higher throughputs than the more traditional flat coils. The Deep Tunnel Coil is used for conical, spouted and other shaped caps. The All-in-One Coil is a variation of the Flat Coil. It is available with the Super Seal™ range and Super Seal™ Touch. This flat sealing head can be pivoted to accommodate various applications. Capable of sealing containers with cap diameters ranging from 20mm to 140mm, it is ideal for packagers who seal a variety of containers and offer the highest degree of sealing versatility. Packagers often don’t realise that the efficiency of the sealing operation depends on the design of the sealing head.

Membrane Seals are available to suit any application. Our unique interspersed membranes allow either a fast, tight seal or a level of product, gas or liquids will pass through it at a measured rate.

The Audionvac VMS 43 is a small table top vacuum chamber machine. This model features a stainless steel chamber with a flat transparency lid for easy viewing. What is a Vacuum Chamber? A vacuum chamber is a machine that removes air from a bag using a vacuum pump. Following the removal of air the bag is then sealed. There is a wide variety of models starting with small table top units through to extra large double chamber designs. Each VMS chamber is manufactured from stainless steel, whilst VM machines are constructed from aluminium. In every unit the cabinet itself is made from stainless steel. What are Vacuum Chambers used for ? There are many application for Vacuum Chambers. The primary being food.In addition to the ‘conserving’ effect created by a vacuum it is possible to add in inert gasses or a mixture of gasses. This results in a modified atmosphere that contains and preserves the food, thus avoiding damaging effects.

DLR manufactures high-temperature and high-pressure rubber seals and packers for the oil and gas (storage) industry for both wellhead or Christmas tree applications. We also manufacture vapour barrier materials that provide secondary sealing for large storage tanks to prevent vapour losses, along with packers for oil and gas applications. We combine our rubber compounding expertise with our precision rubber moulding capabilities to produce high-performance that withstand extremes of temperature and pressure to American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. The Advance Solar EnergyManager is a tried and tested thermal store design with an internal heat exchanger and shunt pump arrangement resulting in delivery of hot water equivalent to the volume of the tank at 43ºC. The solar version has a dedicated solar coil which reduces energy bills and reliance on fossil fuel. The solar thermal panels will contribute to heating and hot water during periods of solar gain. The shunt pump is pre fitted and wired to activate when taps or showers are turned on. The EnergyManager comes as shown above with wiring centre for installers to complete the wiring for the rest of the system. Full instructions for wiring the total system are included. At 65ºC operation the EnergyManager is perfect for underfloor or low temperature radiator circuits and offers efficiencies due to the temperature being lower than most thermal stores. As a thermal store it can reduce boiler cycling and act as a buffer for heating.

It works on the thermal store principle of storing primary (central heating) water and delivering mains pressure hot water through a heat exchanger. At 65ºC operation the EnergyManager is perfect for underfloor or low temperature radiator circuits and offers efficiencies due to the temperature being lower than most thermal stores.
