Whether handling breakbulk, project cargo, factory production equipment, abnormal loads or the components for complete wind farm developments, our Marine Services provide the ideal solution for port operation and ship's discharge throughout the UK and Europe. Our three-acre heavy lift terminal at the Port of Grangemouth is our Scottish headquarters and acts as a central hub for importing and exporting project cargo, breakbulk, abnormal loads and wind energy components. This depot features a 110 Tonne gantry crane along with other heavy duty handling equipment, and has the full use of the Port of Grangemouth, providing facilities for vessels up to 140m LOA.

Our dedicated Team of Stevedores will undertake the loading or discharge of your shipment providing a full marine service for your cargo. Operating from our dedicated heavy lift depots at the Port of Goole and the Port of Grangemouth our in-house Appointed Persons prepare lift plans, risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe lifting under CPA Contract Lift Conditions, while all stevedores services including discharge and loading, are managed by our Marine Division.

Utilising our portside locations in Goole and Grangemouth we are ideally situated to quickly respond to our client's requirements for any UK port or harbour shipment, quickly and efficiently managing all aspects of ship's husbandry. Our dedicated Marine Ship's Agency Team are responsible for handling shipments of abnormal loads, project cargo and breakbulk at UK ports and harbours, representing the interests of the vessel owner or charterer while the ship is in port and providing advice and assistance as required. Our long established contacts within the marine industry allows our ship's agency to act on behalf of sea, river and canal going vessels.

DIGITAL ADVANTAGE Digital technology has the advantage of delivering extended test range, ultimate stability and high power in a compact housing. Each of the four channels can be programmed to 10A charge and discharge. Power handling is 100W per channel on charge and 80W on discharge, or 400W on charge and 320W on discharge on all four channels. The Cadex C8000 is more than a programmable power supply and load bank; the instrument provides intelligence to assist in battery testing. Protected charge and discharge algorithms with redundant safety features identify a faulty battery and safely terminate the service if so needed. The system can be overridden for destructive tests.
