This Award Winning product; and the first in the AbilityRange was launched in the year 2000. The AbilityWhirl has changed public open spaces by making them accessible to children of all abilities, and are now used in hundreds of play areas, schools, hospices and hospitals. This roundabout is fitted flush to the ground for easy access of wheelchairs and pushchairs. It also has two wheelchair stations, standing space and two seats, one of which has a support ring for toddlers.

Our Inclusive DDA swing seat is suitable for adults and children of varied abilities with a weight capacity of 70kg. The durable design of the plastic swing seat gives the ability to suit a variety of body types whilst keeping safety a high priority with a roller coaster type over head plastic harness plus an additional safety latch! The design also allows for additional straps to be added if extra support is required for a smaller child. The inclusive swing seat is supplied with galvanised chains and is designed to be used with a heavy duty swing frame only.

This frame has our AbilitySwing cradle as one of the many options of swing seats available, which lets a child have an amazing experience on a swing whilst still in their wheelchair. The unique four point clamping system secures the wheelchair in place and the locking post exclusively opened by an independent access key guarantees no unauthorised use. Our newest member to the wheelchair carousel collection with even more opportunities whilst promoting inclusive play! Just like the original D009 AbilityWhirl at 2.4 m with a flush fitting this version has been adapted to allow independence with our self propelled design. Both children and adults with upper body strength will be able to access the wheelchair roundabout using our newly adapted safety gate design and spin the whole roundabout independently. The new safety gates allow for larger wheelchairs and pushchairs to play whilst still keeping safety a high priority by having two enclosed stations with locking safety gates.

This flush fitted wheelchair trampoline is an excellent new addition to our AbilityRange wheelchair friendly equipment. The truly inclusive trampoline can be used by all. The bevelled edges on both sides act as ramps therefore allowing wheelchair users to easily move on and off the springy surface. Comes fully assembled, complete with the base-frame and accessible ramps on both sides
