Tray Knives are generally used to cut film, foil and plastics in the food and packaging industry. We are able to supply any type of blade you require and all are manufactured to strict OEM standards. We can work from any type of CAD drawing from any type of format, ie dwg, dxf etc. If you only have a sample, it is no problem, as we have the latest in measuring technology and can replicate the blade with ease. If you require a coating whether it is T.i.N, Teflon® or any other type, this can be done in a very short time. Our knowledge of this type of industry is extensive and second to none and we are here to help you with a trouble-free experience.

As granulators, shredders and pelletizers are among the most commonly used blades, we offer a wide variety of common and specially designed knives for them. The life of a granulator blade life is a tough one. That’s why at Fernite, we use only quality steel from European accredited mills,manufacturing every blade with absolute precision. We manufacture to OEM specifications across a wide range of brands. We’ve a large catalogue of blade drawings, but we’re equally happy to create drawings from your samples, which we do free of charge. We’ll even sharpen your blades whilst we have them, so that you can keep your production going (charges apply).
