We supply a range of Metallic Neutral Density (ND) Filters for a variety of applications – all individually QA checked and metrology tested for quality to ensure parts meet customers’ specifications. What’s more, our Metallic ND Filters are supplied in a range of sizes and shapes with custom coatings tailored to meet your individual applications. Our Metallic ND Filters reflect (with a metallic coating) light neutrally over a wavelength range (typically visual). They can be used to lower the intensity of light prior to the image plane. These are often used in photography, allowing photographers more flexibility with their setups to achieve desired effects. Often, an ND filter will be used in conjunction with a long exposure to prevent washed-out and overexposed images. The Accraply Shrink Sleeve Models RF150 & RF250 are compact, operator friendly and easy to maintain shrink sleeve applicators that can be used to apply full body or tamper-evident bands to a variety of container shapes and sizes. Shrinkable material is cut to length and synchronously applied at conveyor speeds for the best possible material-to-container placement accuracy. Oval, round and square containers made of plastic, glass, or metal can be handled at speeds up to 150 (RF150) or 250 (RF250) per minute at a 30mm cut-length. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, or PLA can be run at thicknesses between 40 to 70 microns. The RF Series applicators may be easily customised to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules. Change parts for the RF Series applicators are low cost items that can be fitted in minutes without the need for tools, keeping downtime to a minimum.

The most sustainable beverage packaging solution, Refillable PET Bottles (RefPET) can be refilled up to 25 cycles and are available with up to 50% recycled PET content. They are the foundation in deposit return schemes, in which a customer receives money back for returning their bottle. Empty bottles are returned via the scheme to be refilled by bottlers, a process that can happen up to 25 cycles. These schemes motivate the consumer to play a part in recycling and reducing plastic waste. RefPET bottles are built to last, but still use the lowest amount of new material per litre compared to other beverage packaging formats, including glass and metal cans. They can be filled on glass and PET lines. or beverage producers, using 1L Refillable PET Bottles w/30% recycled content can lead to a carbon footprint reduction of 28% (vs 0% rPET), and against refillable glass has an 81% benefit in carbon reduction.
