Spraytec forms a seemless, highly elastic waterproof coating. It is best suited for application onto large surface areas, where it can be applied rapidly. Made from bitumen emulsion it is water based, rapid curing and can be applied on uneven surfaces with minimal surface preparation. Spraytec is UV and puncture resistant, self-healing and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for application onto roofs, walls, floors and in underground construction.

Membrane Seals are available to suit any application. Our unique interspersed membranes allow either a fast, tight seal or a level of product, gas or liquids will pass through it at a measured rate.

Our Vac-Sil® Quality Membranes have been specifically designed for use as vacuum membranes for Solar/P.V. module lamination, plus the forming or thermo-pressing of vinyl foil veneers on furniture woodwork, composites in aerospace, F1 cars, marine, and other general products. We also provide a range of precision components, primarily for use in solar panel production. The range includes laminator vacuum seals, PTFE & Glassfabric belts (Stringer, Release, Vision, Transport etc) and also squeegee edge profiles for screen printing. Rotafix Aquachem is a solvent-free coating used a membrane for tanking, waterproofing, gas barrier and as a high-performance floor coating. Rotafix Aquachem is a 2-part liquid epoxy that can be applied as a floor finish. Combining aggregates with the top coat creates a skid resistant surface. Adding flakes to the top coat will give a decorative finish. It has been used extensively in food preparation areas and medical environments as it is easy to clean, resistant to chemical cleaners and resistant to the formation of mould. Rotafix Aquachem can be used as a liquid applied damp proof membrane. The liquid membrane can be applied to prevent moisture ingress both positively and negatively. So if it is applied to the outside of a wall, water will not penetrate, equally if is applied internally then moisture penetrating the substrate will equally not penetrate. The average bond strength of Aquachem is 4N/mm2 , it would require a head of water of 600m to force the Aquachem to break away.

LOGICROOF V-GR FB is a fibre-glass reinforced, multi-component, fleece backed synthetic roof waterproofing membrane made from premium-quality plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P). LOGICROOF V-GR FB is a single ply waterproofing membrane designed for use on exposed flat roofs in either fully or partially adhered applications.

ROOFplus T-O Cap Sheet SBS is a polyester reinforced, slate covered torch-on cap sheet, saturated and coated with high quality SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen. The membrane carrier is a tough polyester reinforcement, giving the material excellent dimensional stability and very high mechanical strength. The upper layer is coated with slate, protecting the material from ultraviolet exposure and the lower layer is finished with thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application.

The membrane carrier is a tough polyester reinforcement, giving the material excellent dimensional stability and very high mechanical strength. The upper layer is coated with coarse-grained slate, protecting the membrane from ultraviolet exposure and the lower layer is finished with a thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application.
