The award-winning Alimak Mammoth is the world’s largest construction hoist. The large-scale hoist provides the ideal vertical access solution for efficiently transporting large prefabricated pods, external cladding panels and other bulky materials to the desired levels of a construction site to increase productivity. It is also ideal for the transportation of a large number of passengers during peak times and emergency evacuations. The modular design of the Alimak Mammoth range offers true flexibility through custom design options built on a twin-masted system. Installation and jumping are rapid without the need for counterweights. The car-size, capacity and lifting height are all customisable depending on the requirements and parameters of a project.

The Alimak MC 650 is Alimak’s largest and most powerful mast climbing work platform. Engineered for efficiency, the MC 650 offers a high-quality vertical access solution for heavy applications with payload capacities of 2,230 kg – 7,240 kg and lengths of up to 41.8 metres depending on the application. The Alimak MC 650 mast climbing work platform utilises the same patented mast as Alimak’s 650 construction hoists for additional flexibility.

The Alimak TPM is utilised on construction sites for the vertical transportation of passengers and large and bulky loads such as palettes, prefabricated loads and materials. Suitable for installation on the inside or outside of buildings, the TPM range offers true flexibility. The Alimak Scando 450 range of construction hoists are designed for efficiency, safety and low energy consumption. Utilising a state-of-the-art, microprocessor-based control system, ALC II, the Alimak Scando 450 range solves a variety of on-site logistical problems including long wait times. Available in a variety of car lengths and payload capacities and single or dual car configurations, the Alimak Scando 450 range offers a truly flexible, economic version of the Scando range.

The Alimak Scando 650 XL range of construction hoists provides the optimal solution for the vertical transportation of bulky materials. Featuring large payload capacities and large car sizes, the Alimak Scando 650 XL range drives productivity on construction sites. Utilising frequency control technology the Alimak Scando 650 XL can transport passengers and materials at speeds of up to 54 metres per minute to minimise interruptions to the flow of operations. Increased travelling speed up to 100 metres per minute and other car sizes on request.

Gidrolast knows heavy trucks. We cut our teeth building hydraulic cylinders for heavy trucks all the way back in 1993. Hydraulic cylinders on trucks are subjected to all forms of contamination that would destroy a poorly designed cylinder. Dirt, grit, rain, salt, tar, chemicals, solvents and cleaning agents all combine to attack the cylinder and its seals. Despite all this, the cylinders are still expected to perform. Cylinder failure means downtime, employee overtime, loss of vehicle availability, less productivity and reduced profit. Gidrolast cylinders are built tough to meet these conditions. They can be found mounted on garbage trucks, dump trucks, belly dumpers, semi end dumpers, boom trucks, knuckle boom loaders, road pavers, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, mobile cranes, tilt beds and tow trucks. ELECTRIC WINCH A20 H Speed 16.0 m/min, WLL 1st layer 500 kg. It includes a wide range of standard winches with high-performance gearbox designed for extensive pulling and lifting (up to 2700 kg). This wide range comprises very compact winches, still every type can be operated at 3 different speeds. Drum lengths can easily be adapted as required by customer. A range of standard pneumatic winches with high effi ciency gearbox, developed for heavy duty pulling and lifting duties up to 2,700 kg. This broad range comprises a variation of very compact winches with vane or gear motors. Drum lengths can easily be adapted to the customers request.
