These ATEX and IECEx Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 rated jackets use a completely new and proprietary design. They are constructed with custom elastomer and silicone coated glass cloth materials and high density fibreglass insulation. Safe operating conditions are maintained even in the presence of potentially explosive gases and dusts. No transformers are required as they operate using standard ac supply voltages. InteliHeat Flexiplus jackets are ideal for gentle warming and to avoid winter freezing. For faster heating rates and melting solids at higher temperatures, the Thermosafe Induction Heater is normally recommended, but we can also offer more powerful custom jacketed solutions with digital jacket and wall-mounted controllers. The InteliHeat Flexiplus range is designed for use with plastic, stainless steel or magnetic steel drums.

Base Heaters provide a direct heat to the underside of the vessel, and can help heat drums, cylinders, IBCs and even small pots of paint and mastic. They can be used on their own, or together with a side heater to boost heat-rates and ensure a full melt of solid products. Egress glow in the dark hazard marking tape is a further development of our plain colour Egress tape. One slight disadvantage of a conventional photoluminescent egress tape is that the plain colour is not the most vivid, during daylight it is a conventional mild green colour. With the modification of creating black chevrons running at 45° angles throughout the length of the material it then effectively creates a much more visible product that is far more noticeable. During either natural or artificial lighting, photoluminescent hazard tape has a mild green shade yet when the lights go out it glows bright green. The black chevrons do not glow and remain the same colour in any lighting situation. Egress hazard tape is perfect for applying on stairs, walkways, access areas, exits etc.

Glow in the dark hazard anti slip tape is a simple variation of our glow in the dark antislip tape. Printed chevrons on top give an extended purpose in allowing it to serve as a warning tape in any lighting condition also.
