Our Pedestrian Sliding Door Drive has been designed for use in Prisons and other custodial locations. The drive is fully compliant with UK Home Office specifications and is compatible with SMS and locking control systems. The drive is intended as a ’safer’ alternative to traditional hydraulic powered doors for new and existing installations. The MK II drive incorporates our latest Intelligent Test Box, providing fault diagnoses LEDs and offering an interface for local control using our optional Portable Engineer’s Sliding Door Terminal. The MK II drive is completely compatible with Folknoll locking control systems and other Folknoll custodial products.

Our electric drive train can be implemented into most vehicles that require a 48V system, power and running time can be increased by wiring the components in a grid formation as per the graphic. Other applications include Go-karts, Quad bikes, Golf carts, Drones, Conveyor belts, Stair lifts and quite frankly, any application that requires a motor and there needs to be an element of control.

The hydraulic Movotec adjustment system consists of cylinders and a pump that is driven with a hand crank or an electric motor. The drive generated in this way drives the oil out of the pump into the cylinders or from the cylinders back into the pump. The cylinders are thus extended or retracted within the provided adjustment range (stroke). The Movotec product range is composed of the following systems: A retrofit system for heavy duty workplaces, a height adjustable system with ready-to-install corner legs or a complete table adjustment system.

Ridat’s Roller Cutting Press (RCP) machines are designed to cut plastic thermoformed sheet, rubber, leather, board, foil and other gasket material, plastic foam, plastic coated or impregnated fabric. Production steps are as follows: Vacuum formed sheet is placed upside down on a cutting mould Board is placed on top and the sandwich is fed through the press A pair of pressure rollers causes the sandwich to press against the steel rule knife within the cutting mould thereby individualising the material. Liquid fuel system for a gas turbine which utilises a variable speed electric motor driving a positive displacement pump. The flow of fuel is controlled by the speed of the pump and not by a valve in traditional systems. The nature of the positive displacement gear pump makes it ideal for aggressive fuels such as low viscosity naptha or high viscosity heavy fuel oil. In every project where this system has been fitted the gas turbine start reliability has been improved. The system offers a rugged, reliable and low maintenance solution to the requirements of a gas turbine liquid fuel system
