ClearPore depth filters are a range of high efficiency melt blown depth filters available in a range of materials to ensure particulate removal from liquids when there is a wide side range of particulate contamination. ClearPore filters are manufactured from either 100% polypropylene or nylon fibers to create graded density and high contamination holding capacity. The range are available in a range of absolute or nominal removal ratings. Products are manufactured from FDA approved materials and conform to all required EU guidance of food safety. ClearPore depth filters are used in a range of industrial and F&B applications, such as bulk chemicals, industrial water treatment, cooling water, plating, parts cleaning, drinking water treatment, desalination and food & beverage applications requiring haze or colloidal removal

Our housing ranges for liquid or gas housings are ideal for use in a any new installation or plant extension. This specialist active dried vodka distiller’s yeast is blended with a complete nutrient complex which can be used to ferment refined sugars such as sucrose or glucose up to 14% ABV, although best results are achieved when using wheat grain or potatoes. The distiller’s strain selected for this Turbo Yeast is a unique ’low congener’ strain for fermentation of high purity spirit, producing an optimally ‘clean’ congener profile for vodka spirit. An added benefit is an excellent sugar to ethanol conversion which maximises yield.

Fruit Turbo Yeast contains a complete nutrient complex to ensure reliable and complete fermentation, regardless of the nutritional content of the fruit. The active dried wine yeast strain in this Turbo Yeast is ethanol tolerant up to 18% ABV and is capable of fermenting across the wide temperature range of 10—35OC (note that ethanol tolerance is reduced at high temperatures). This strain is also tolerant to difficult fermentation conditions, has high SO2 tolerance, produces low volatile acidity and is low foaming.

Our fine, cask aged Caribbean rum is blended with fresh Cornish spring water sourced from Cape Cornwall. This provides distinct chocolatey notes among the fresher, grassy flavours. Our Gold rum is consists of a Barbados 3 year old Rum further blended with 5 year old cask aged Rum with dominance from the Dominican Republic.

Our premium Spiced Rum is a delicious blend of 3 year cask aged Bajan rum expertly blended with a 5 year Dominican and spring water sourced at Cape Cornwall. We then further age and flavour using fresh ingredients including Vanilla, homemade caramel, oranges and honeycomb just to name a few! Available in 3 different sizes - 70cl, 35cl and 5cl and also part of our gift sets!

Dextrose Monohydrate powder (DMH) is moderate in sweetness. It is 65-70% as sweet as sucrose and has a solution, which is much less viscous than Liquid Glucose. DMH is freely soluble in water at room temperature and also in boiling alcohol. The perceived sweetness can be increased to the level of sucrose in some Dextrose/Sucrose blends. Dextrose has a greater depression of freezing point than that of cane sugar, resulting in a smoother and creamier texture of the final product like in frozen food products. The bulk density of DMH is 0.65 to 0.70 kg/cc.
