Our vibrant White Rum is a blend of 2 and 5 year old charcoal filtered white Rum from Trinidad which we further enhance and blend with our locally sourced Cornish spring water from Cape Cornwall for maximum flavour.

Our fine, cask aged Caribbean rum is blended with fresh Cornish spring water sourced from Cape Cornwall. This provides distinct chocolatey notes among the fresher, grassy flavours. Our Gold rum is consists of a Barbados 3 year old Rum further blended with 5 year old cask aged Rum with dominance from the Dominican Republic.

Our premium Spiced Rum is a delicious blend of 3 year cask aged Bajan rum expertly blended with a 5 year Dominican and spring water sourced at Cape Cornwall. We then further age and flavour using fresh ingredients including Vanilla, homemade caramel, oranges and honeycomb just to name a few! Available in 3 different sizes - 70cl, 35cl and 5cl and also part of our gift sets!

TT Turbo Yeast is an active dried alcohol yeast combined with a complete nutrient complex, designed to ferment in warm conditions, where fermentation is carried out with no cooling or inadequate cooling. A highly temperature tolerant yeast strain, this Turbo Yeast is ideal for fermentation of any fermentable sugar-based feedstock. TT Turbo Yeast can withstand extreme stress factors such as temperature, ethanol, and high osmotic pressure. This ensures reliability of fermentation even under variable process conditions. TT Turbo Yeast can ferment up to 14% ABV at 38°C liquid temperature, but also reach up to 18% ABV at cooler temperatures. Wash produced using TT Turbo Yeast would normally be distilled for use as 96% potable ethanol, or spirit alcohol for making alcoholic beverages.

TY48 is the only yeast product that will ferment pure sugar to 20% ABV high quality alcohol base. The resultant alcohol base can be used to produce a range of alcoholic beverages and will provide your end drink with a more natural, smooth, fuller flavour than when using potable distilled alcohol. Dextrose Monohydrate powder (DMH) is moderate in sweetness. It is 65-70% as sweet as sucrose and has a solution, which is much less viscous than Liquid Glucose. DMH is freely soluble in water at room temperature and also in boiling alcohol. The perceived sweetness can be increased to the level of sucrose in some Dextrose/Sucrose blends. Dextrose has a greater depression of freezing point than that of cane sugar, resulting in a smoother and creamier texture of the final product like in frozen food products. The bulk density of DMH is 0.65 to 0.70 kg/cc.
