Profhilo is skin-boosting treatment which subtly restores facial skin quality, combating skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles with hydration and hyaluronic acid to tighten the skin. Profhilo disperses under the skin to restore skin quality, boost the production of collagen and elastin whilst hydrating the skin. Its administration is by your doctor which can be applied to the face, neck and hands to create a lifting effect of the skin, restoring facial firmness and decreasing crepey skin.

Commonly known as the ‘non-surgical facelift’ or ‘liquid face lift’, the 8-point facelift is a treatment using hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers to help reinstate and reform facial volume. Target areas include your jawline, cheeks, under your eyes and around your nose and mouth to boost volume and return structure from collagen and fat loss over time. By replacing areas of lost collagen and fat, dermal fillers restore facial volume and texture resulting in a more youthful appearance. You will have a thorough consultation with your doctor prior to proceeding with treatment to discuss your concerns and desired outcome.

Aqualyx is a new non-surgical medical treatment designed to destroy unwanted fat cells with minimum intervention. The procedure is famous for treating areas of fat that sometimes not even regular exercise can eliminate such as the chin, jowls, upper arms, armpits, waist, hips, saddlebags, behind the neck (buffalo humps), chest (pseudo-gynecomastia), above the knees and the inner thighs. It is administered via injections over three to five appointments, with 4-week intervals for successful results alongside a healthy and balanced diet and exercise.

Bodyvie offers private smear tests to monitor your health and detect abnormal cells which could lead to cervical cancer. By having routine and regular smear tests, you can keep an eye on any changes or abnormalities to proactively treat these cells before they become dangerous. At the moment, the NHS advises patients to take smear tests every 3-5 years. At Bodyvie, you are welcome to book an appointment for a cervical smear whenever you would like to ensure a sense of security.

At Bodyvie, we offer a few variations on Covid-19 testing. The Covid-19 antibody test is for professional use only and works to identify the body’s reaction to the virus after becoming infected. The test yields a yes/no result within 10 minutes and is easy to carry out, involving a simple finger prick sample that works in the same way as a blood glucose test. The Covid-19 antigen test is for screening and confirming the ‘negative’ virus status of patients. Please note that we are not testing any symptomatic patients. We also offer the Roche antibody test if you prefer not to travel to the clinic or you are symptomatic. The testing kit can be sent to your home with a prepaid envelope.

At Bodyvie we offer Private GP appointments from Monday to Saturday for your convenience and at your flexibility. Outside of working hours, we also offer Emergency Private GP Consultations. Our consultations are 30 minutes long in order to properly diagnose concerns and symptoms and for our GP to assess the best solution/treatment for you.
