ImpactPUR® is a two-component polyurethane adhesive which is used extensively in the hygienic cladding industry for bonding wall panels in showers & bathrooms, kitchens, clean rooms, hospitals, schools, etc. The formulation has been designed to give ease of mixing for notched trowel applications. This filled adhesive has been formulated for the bonding of uPVC and GRP sheets to most building substrates, including brickwork, plaster, concrete, blockwork, etc. Features Part A - Polyurethane Paste, 3850 pois (approx.) Part B - Low Viscosity Liquid (foil sachet in bucket) Non flammable Service temperature between -40°C and +130°C Application temperature between +10°C and +30°C Open time 10 minutes at 20°C Resistant to water, dilute acids and alkalis and aliphatic oils. Easy to mix and apply For hygienic wall cladding with PVC sheeting use 1 x 6.5Kg kit for every 2500mm sheet or 3m2 area (8ft sheet).
