High Strength Aluminium Barrier Foil + Valcross® is best used in export for its strength properties. With the addition of Valcross® this material displays a high tear and puncture resistance as well as excellent barrier properties. This type of Aluminium foil is ideal for use in heavy machinery transport/storage projects. It also meets the standard EU and BIR guidelines as well as MIL-PRF-131 J. NF H 00 310 CLASS IV approved. DEF STAN 81-75/2 – TYPE 1 CLASS A approved.

Our MultiLayer Barrier Films are versatile heat seal able foils. Available clear or opaque they can be supplied as standard constructions or custom laminated to your specification. Our flagship specification features a sophisticated 5 layer laminate that combines complimentary materials. This forms the ‘barrier’. This is designed to protect goods from atmospheric and physical pressures. It’s a highly durable and robust material. Thanks in part to the excellent bond strength between each of the laminated materials. Ideal for use as packaging in export, transport, conservation and storage this material offers outstanding barrier properties with a tough but flexible ‘5 layer’ construction. We are more than happy to assist in the development of a new design. Stand Up Pouches are constructed from two flat webs. A fold is created on both left and right sides which eventually forms the gusset feature of the bag. It disappears into the bag making this design excellent for filling applications.
