Lubcon manufactures more than 1000 different products and offers perfectly suited lubricants for every application in nearly all industries. Along with a wide lubricant portfolio, we provide innovative lubrication system solutions for optimum performance and efficiency.

Next to the comprehensive range of H1 food grade lubricants, Lubcon offers 3H approved release agents, used on hard surfaces in contact with food products to prevent these from adhering during processing.

Ultratherm is a premium and extreme high-performance lubricant series for roller and journal bearings, representing the thermally and chemically most stable products, that are currently available on the lubricant market.

Synthetic high-performance lubricants with a PFPE-base and NSF/H1 food grade approval. The pressure and chemical resistant vacuum pump oils feature excellent lubricating properties at high temperatures and enable long lubrication intervals.

Safety, performance and minimum maintenance costs are our focus. Years of close collaboration with machine manufacturers in food processing and packaging have allowed us to develop a full product line of premium, physically non-hazardous lubricants, that are neutral in odour and taste. Our synthetic greases and oils have been formulated to meet the performance requirements of your machines, even in the harshest environments.

Synthetic, silicone-free high performance lubricating oil for precision engineered manufacturing machines and their components, measurement and control instruments as well as the sector of machine construction and tool making. Temperature range: -45 °C up to 150 °C.

High-temperature resistant lubricating and assembly pastes based on synthetic oils with molybdenum disulphide additives (MoS2). They feature a low coefficient of friction and are thus suitable for the lubrication of metals with a low tolerance and surface roughness. The pastes are extremely oxidation resistant and prevent wear and fretting corrosion.

Turmosynth VG 4800 is H1 approved, colourless, very adhesive, highly-viscous white oil offering high pressure resistance and lasting protection against wear and corrosion. It can be used across a wide temperature range. Remains fluid even in cold conditions and leaves no solid residues.

Colourless, air-drying sliding agent for the long-term lubrication of highly loaded sliding guides as well as spindles and bearings in extreme temperatures. It prevents fretting corrosion as well as the adhesion of dirt particles.

Anti-seize assembly and slideway paste for application at high temperatures up to 1200 Deg. C. These assembly pastes offer optimum lubricating and anti-seizing properties even at high surface pressure.

Extreme temperature resistant chain and gear oil. Synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

Premium high-temperature oils. Fully synthetic lubricants formulated with PAO/ester oils and special additives for extreme operating conditions in temperatures up to approx. 250 °C, non-toxic and miscible with mineral oils. Recommended for the lubrication of double belt presses, film stretching machines, timing and conveyor chains, slide rails in lacquer drying furnaces in the automotive sector or the mechanical engineering sector as well as bearings and gears at medium loads and extremely high temperatures.

High-temperature pastes formulated with high viscosity silicone oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickeners for the lubrication of low-speed roller bearings. These pastes are extremely adhesive, temperature-resistant up to 260 °C and resistant to media and ageing.
