Gears have to provide a smooth power transmission for machine components while in operation. Bevel, planetary, worm and cylindrical gears are often exposed to high demands and have to withstand water, cleaning agents and disinfectants as well as extreme thermal stress and highly corrosive environments. To provide long service life and reliable operation in such demanding operation conditions, Lubcon offers fully synthetic gear oils with high corrosion and wear protection. Lubcon semi-fluids as well as high and low temperature gear oils feature high efficiency and enable extended service life, even when subject to the harshest operating conditions.

Biodegradable hydraulic and gear oil on a synthetic ester oil base.

Synthetic, multiple-alloy gear oils on ester oil base with high thermal stability as well as good wear and corrosion protection. They are suitable for the lubrication of high temperature gears, slide ways and chains.

Extreme temperature resistant chain and gear oil. Synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

Synthetic high performance gear oils based on polyglycols with NSF/H1 food grade approval for extended oil change intervals and higher wear protection even at high loads. These oils have a low coefficient of friction and show excellent temperature stability.
