Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

Fluoroplastic tape, sheet, film and lubricants offer low coefficient friction, high working temperatures and non-stick release properties. We offer PTFE tape, PTFE sheet, FEP film and ePTFE (expanded PTFE) sealing tape in standard and bespoke thickness and sheet sizes. We also offer a wide range of PTFE lubricants and greases. Precision strip used in the manufacture of spiral wound gaskets and other processes such as pressings. Our Bobbin wound material is extensively used in the gasket sealing industry. Bobbins can be up to 15kgs and speed up the change overs and reduce scrap loss. Our spiral wound gasket production facilitates thicknesses of 0.20mm, 0.18mm, 015mm and 0.10mm. Widths come as standard in 5.33mm, 5.0mm, 4,75mm with a minimum width of 2.50mm. The minimum order for our bobbin wound products is 20k depending on the grade ordered. All of our spiral wound gaskets can be supplied on plastic ribbon or pancake coils. Our inner ring production sizes come in 3.00mm, 4.00mm and 5.00mm thicknesses and widths of 6.50mm wide to 100mm wide. Our minimum orders for inner ring production is 50kg depending on the grade. Material can be supplied as coil or in lengths of a maximum 3 metre.

Product Features: • Electronic instrument enclosures, designed for mounting printed circuit boards or DIN rail mounted components. • The polycarbonate material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5V and is suitable for outdoor use. • Lid and mounting holes are located outside of the gasket seal. • Lid is secured with self captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws (included), threaded into integral stainless steel bushings (for repetitive assembly and disassembly). • Heavy duty 16 gauge galvanized steel panels available. • All stainless steel hardware to avoid corrosion caused by dissimilar metals. • Gasket is a preformed, high temperature U.L. listed silicone rubber. The knitted ropes can be produced in the following consrtructions: Without a central core (NC) to give a soft, elastic, pliable construction. With a central core (WC) to give a medium-firm density but no longitudinal elasticity. With a Double Knit (DK) construction to give a range of density but maintain longitudinal elasticity. Textile Technologies can offer knitted rope manufactuerd from E Glass, HT750 Glass and S-TEX silica Yarns. Further Enhancements Textile Technologies can further enhance thermal rope seals by coating with vermiculite, industrial grade silicone polymer or wet or dry PTFE. They can also be covered with a knitted outer mesh for sealing applications that are subjected to mechanical abrasion.
