This system can be assembled and disassembled by just one person within a minute without the need for any tools and is the perfect solution for Confined Space Access, Rescue & Entry Lifting scenarios due to its unique features and ability to lift equipment and personnel.

Our top quality and highly durable PORTAGANTRY is lightweight and extremely strong. This portable lifting system can be manually assembled, using just four bolts and can safely lift to 5000kg, making it ideal for multiple applications. This system offers an overhead anchor point for multiple users for fall protection, whilst also providing great versatility for lifting materials. Our PORTAGANTRY range is highly customisable to meet your specific needs, with a variety of A-frame height configurations and beam lengths available.

Rotrex OnSite maintains and inspects most types of Gantries and Travelling Ladders. Travelling ladders generally compromise of a single ladder suspended from a track at high level and guided by either a rail or bearing wheel at low level. Travelling ladders can be either manual or powered depending on the size of the system. More complex systems incorporate a one-man cradle.

The Star Gantry Sealer produces long, straight welds and is available in both free-standing and bench-mounted formats. The machine frame is constructed from an anodised aluminium profile, maximising rigidity whilst minimising weight. The gantry sealer is available with either one or both jaws heated allowing a wide range of packing materials to be sealed including foil, paper, biodegradable materials, laminates and most modern plastics. Pneumatically operated automatic jaws allow operators to prepare for the next product during the sealing cycle maximising machine throughput.
